These terms govern your use of myholidayhome.ai (the "Service"), operated by Sebastian Juel, trading as "Myholidayhome" ("we", "us"). You can reach us at sebastian@juel.net. By creating an account or continuing to use the Service you agree to these terms.

The service

The Service lets a holiday home owner upload a guest manual and turns it into an assistant that answers guest questions behind a QR code. You must be of legal age, provide accurate account information and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you upload.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (malware, probing, scraping, circumventing technical limits). You must not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your uploaded manual solely in order to provide the Service.

AI-generated answers

Answers are generated automatically from the manual you upload and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are not professional advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your manual and for having the rights to the content you upload. We may remove content or restrict output where required, and we respond to rights-holder complaints sent to the address above; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the Service, its software, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of your manual. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your chosen plan.

Payment, subscriptions and taxes

Plans are 39,00 DKK for a single month, or 19,00 DKK per month on subscription. The subscription has a minimum term of 3 months and one month's notice of cancellation; cancellation takes effect after the notice period and you keep access until then.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Service level and warranties

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use or your breach of these terms.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. When access ends you may export your manual for 30 days, after which we delete it.

General

These terms are governed by Danish law and disputes fall to the Danish courts. You may not assign your agreement without our consent; we may assign ours in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
